These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for services concluded between Ismail Korkmaz (freelancer) and his clients (customers). Deviating conditions of the customer will only be recognized if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
The freelancer provides his services in consultation with the customer. The exact content, scope and duration of the service are agreed individually in a contract or in writing (e.g. by email).
A contract between the freelancer and the customer is concluded by a written confirmation of the customer's request (e.g. by email). The customer's request is considered an offer that becomes binding when the freelancer accepts it.
